Great place to stay

Enjoyed our stay, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The property had a great view and was close to restaurants shopping and the beach!

great location

Very clean, spacious condo by the ship channel, we enjoyed watching the huge ships go by and in the morning watched the dolphins swimming from the living room window. It's close to everything in Port A, highly recommend this place!

Wonderful stay!

The home is wonderful! We had 2 couples with 2 teens and a kiddo. Everything was clean, location was perfect, and the host was very responsive. The pool is clean, having our own pier was perfect for all the fishermen in the group. We would definitely recommend this home and stay her again!

Family Time

Our family enjoyed our stay. The unit was nice and had everything we needed. We all enjoyed the private pier fishing, watching the dolphins, meeting new people, and enjoying each others company. It is definitely a place we will be coming back to.

It’s a great place where the condos have always been as pictured and fully stocked as stated in the description. The view is great for watching the boats coming in from the race.

Our vacation was planned primarily for fishing and this property did not disappoint. The lighted fishing was fantastic and we caught fish every night. The pool, pier and grounds were kept clean at all times. Our children had a blast so we are planning a return visit next year.

Gorgeous and Captivating

Smelled like cigarette smoke

As soon as we walked in we were hit with a smoke smell. We are not smokers so our kids were complaining the entire time about the smell. The bed is really hard and the linens were extremely rough. The rest was okay. We will likely stay at these condos again, just not this unit. The property was nice and the pier was great.

The view out of our window of the U of Texas Marine Science Center marina and the shipping channel are wonderful. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool and the lighted fishing pier. The property management company is great. Any problem or issue is addressed in a very timely manner.

Had to call the afterhour company to get new code.Trash dumpsters were far away from property and no cooking spices were provided. Most rental units we have stayed in have the basic spices provided.
