This home is decorated throughout with a neutral color pallet of the ocean and sand. The full kitchen has everything you will need to prepare freshly cooked meals with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, and utensils. The large dining table is accommodating for six guests with four chairs and a bench. There are three stools at the bar for additional seating. The living room has two large, overstuffed couches, one is a Queen sleeper sofa, made for relaxing with a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the balcony in the bay breeze. Back inside, the guest bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, and closet. The hall bath has a tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) has a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, dresser, TV, and an accent chair for curling up and reading a book. The en-suite bathroom has a tile stand-alone shower with a glass enclosure. The full-size washer and dryer are located at the end of the hall for your convenience. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
