Overall this property is a great value for the amount we paid. There are 4 beds total and each bed is at least a full size bed. The photos/description doesn’t specify this, so we were pleasantly surprised. The home in right on the channel and we enjoyed fishing directly off the back patio. The home does have a small grill, which also wasn’t specified. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare meals. We made dinner each night and had plenty of supplies for all 8 of us! We never gained access to the garage, as it was locked with a padlock but we didn’t need it and there was plenty of storage space in the laundry room for sand toys etc. There were plenty of bath towels and just as many beach/pool towels, which is always a huge plus. If you intend on bringing extra people the couch is super comfy, however, there are no extra bedding in the home. I myself, get cold at night and want extra bedding but there was no extra blankets, good thing I brought my own! All of the TVs were smart TVs and my 7 year old enjoyed having movies in his room at night. The property management company is easy to get ahold of and when we had a small issue entering the property, a quick phone call got us answers immediately. The home was clean on arrival and the departure instructions were not super lengthy. We washed dishes, swept floors and started washing towels just to be helpful but this wasn’t asked of us, which is incredibly helpful!
