The room/unit was clean, except for the mattress cover and bed base on the pullout couch. Both had significant stains. The condominium staff contacted the unit's owners, but we didn't hear from them (e.g., about getting them cleaned). Consequently, we placed two fitted and two flat sheets on the bed to separate the person sleeping on it from the stains. The unit lacked a few basic necessities for cooking and eating, such as a can opener and enough forks and spoons. We encourage the owners to check and ensure there are enough utensils and cooking necessities for a unit advertised as sleeping a max of 4.About that max, this is a very small unit. It's an efficiency that's comfortable for 2 adults with 1 child, but the 4 max is a stretch, especially for adults. The property has a beach access trail, but it's not ADA-compliant. It requires going up and down stairs with no ramps. Moreover, there are deep sand dunes that make it difficult to carry a heavy load to the beach. If you have a lot to transport to and from the beach, we recommend getting a beach parking permit and driving to the beach. You can take the beach access road just south of the Cinnamon Shores community that Casa Condominiums is behind. Park between mile markers 42 and 43, and you can easily walk back and forth from the unit before leaving the beach for the day.
