William was extremely communicative and kind! The condo was just what we needed for our family of four! Simple, and steps to the beach! We walked in and everything had been freshly cleaned! We loved sitting on the balcony after a day at the beach, talking to the neighbors strolling by. The washer and dryer in unit were new, and easy to just throw some laundry in real quick! He had lots of books, a few DVDs and games. Our 6 and 7 year old started the puzzle on the first day! If you like movies at night, he has a DVD player available for you. This unit is right up from the steps and the pool - easy access for all! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% rent from William again!

Nice beach condo

Long weekend trip for me and hubby for our anniversary. Location was good for us - walk to beach, short drive to shops and restaurants/bars. WiFi was a bit spotty for us, but not a deal breaker. Pretty clean, decently appointed. Bed was comfortable. Sofa not so comfortable (for sitting). All in all a nice place to relax and visit the beach.

Great location!

Condo was spacious for our 5-day stay. Condo needs some maintenance (paint, repair holes in bathroom wall and stain grout to match etc.). Kitchen was equipped though we had problems with the coffee makers - tried both of them - they leaked. Owner, William, was very responsive with our questions prior to arriving and check-in was very organized.

Short beach getaway

My rating for the stay is more about the area than William's property itself. William is an excellent host and was very good about communications. His condo was cheery, neat, and very close to the beach as advertised, however the weather was so windy it wasn't fun to be out. The condo is convenient to town, but a car (or golf cart) is a must to get around, and where we like to walk around and get to know a neighborhood, this area wasn't conducive to that. If you know the area and have your favorite spots nearby, this would probably be a good place to hang out, but we were hoping for more out of the city. We didn't know anything about this area and did take time to drive around on the island and over to Corpus Christi to explore. We loved visiting the nature centers and bird sanctuary in the area, and got a kick out of the shark themed storefronts. If the weather had cooperated maybe we would have had a better impression of the town, but more importantly, for purposes of the review, we can highly recommend William!

Perfect weekend trip

Condo was great! William was awesome to deal with. Loved the little patio deck. Could hear the ocean from the condo. And had a pic-a-view of the waves. Boardwalk to beach was great. Good location.

Nice condo and location

This property was nice. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked with all the essential kitchenware. We appreciated the coffee makers. Balcony was nice for having morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings. Overall a nice place.

Thank you for allowing me to stay in your great apartment

The apartment is exactly as the pictures show. The location is great. It a short walk (even shorter drive - don't forget to get a parking pass for the beach) to the beach. William is a great host and extremely responsive. The apartment was very clean. I found it a comfortable place to stay and intend to go back. It is on the second floor (without an elevator!) so I wouldn't recommend staying there if you have issues walking up stairs.

Beach Stay with Teen

Had a fun 2-night stay at this one BR w/fold-out couch for the 3 of us. It was so close driving distance-wise like within 5 blocks or less of lots of restaurants. Bought a calendar-year beach permit for 13 just to have car more nearby on beach expeditions with teen. Highly recommend the house, the location, and the host.

Port aransas is amazing

There is so much to see and do within 2 miles and so many public spaces, the piers, parks, nature preserves and beach is easily accessible. William is an excellent host, providing so much helpful information and the restaurants, yum. Already looking forward to our next trip.

Port A Getaway

The property was very comfortable, clean, and convenient to everything. We were very satisfied by the very short stroll from the condo to the beach. William was great about his communications with us throughout the stay. Definitely will look forward to staying here in the future.
