Welcome to Bron's Beach Shack at The Commons at Seashell — a charming cottage community just four blocks from the beach in the heart of Port Aransas.
Inside Unit 203, warm knotty pine walls and concrete floors create a cozy, beach-casual atmosphere. The open-concept main level features a gray sofa, blue wingback chairs, and a large smart TV in the living room, flowing into a blue-top farmhouse dining table adorned with sea fan coral art. The fully equipped kitchen has white cabinetry, open shelving with seahorse décor, and an "Ocean Is Calling" sign that sets the mood.
Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms — a king master with gray quilted bedding and wood furniture, a queen bedroom with blue seashell bedding, and another queen room — plus a white twin-over-twin bunk room perfect for kids. Both bathrooms feature modern walk-in or tub/shower combos with gold tile accents.
Step outside to the colorful Commons community: a large pool surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a covered pavilion with turquoise picnic tables, charcoal grills, hammocks, and palm-lined sidewalks connecting the mint-colored cottages. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all within easy reach.
The Commons is perfect for group travel — rent multiple units for parties of up to 90 guests!

Guest Access:
We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Starkey Properties by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information:
To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.
