Beautiful view from the balcony!

Perfect place for the two of us! We enjoyed our stay, very roomy and can’t beat the view of the water. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised at how clean and cozy this condo was. It was a good size apartment with everything you need. The building itself is showing its age but inside of the apartment was very nice. Will most likely stay here again.

Quiet Little Getaway

We have stayed here 3 times and enjoy the quiet, charming comfort that the condo has to offer. It is close to the fishing channel and many good restaurants. We always look forward to staying here. Checking in and out is also a breeze.

Perfect little getaway

Great stay and condo. I would recommend getting a matt for the shower or resurfacing the tub as it is like a skating rink. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Perfect Getaway

Myself and several friends came for the weekend, this was a great place to stay, very clean and nice. Minutes from the beach, restraunts, and stores. Only thing I'd recommend is bring a extra blanket and ear plugs, there's a dive bar not far and the music was so loud. But otherwise the this is a great place to stay!!

Nice Stay

Overall it was a great stay. Only two recommendations we have: 1. A better tub faucet in the bathroom and 2. A new king mattress as it was old and springs could be felt while sleeping.

The home was clean and ready for us upon arrival. We originally were scheduled to stay 3 weeks but extended our stay another week for a total of 4 weeks. The unit is in a great location. Close to beaches, restaurants, golf and shopping. Vacasa was very easy to work with and good communication. Only complaint is there is only silverware for 3, had to wash them everyday.

An honest review!

You ask me what I loved about this property.....well.....no deep affection developed for this unit during our week long stay, but it did serve it's purpose for budget lodging. It's had new flooring and a coat of paint but still desperately needs new windows and patio door (strong wind kept us awake at night due to severe wind noise and windows literally rattling, not to mention the tint which had been applied was peeling/lifting causing an obscured view). The bathroom could also use a renovation however it was adequate. The suite was otherwise clean and well kept, the kitchen functioned well for small meals/snacks and laundry was very handy. Overall 3/5, will look elsewhere next time thru town.

Nice little vacation condo!

I loved the view of the pool and canal from our balcony. It is close to beach and anything you might need. We actually walked to the Pelican Lounge for drinks and back one evening so that no one was driving. The pool is wonderful. The room had everything we needed for the week except a broom. Could have used another role of toilet paper, luckily we had a role in our car. The shower door kept coming off of the tracks but I reported it and they will hopefully fix it before the next person stays. It was quiet for the most part. We always bring a fan for noise so we didn’t hear anything at night. The bed was very comfortable! My husband likes the room cold and he was comfortable but I could have used another blanket. I ended up taking the blanket off of the fold out couch. Overall this was a really nice place decorated very cute. We will definitely be staying again.

Good value, nice view

We had several issues upon arriving. We were given some miss information regarding entry codes and wifi access. I had to make a few phone calls. That was a disappointing since it was late and we were anxious to get settled. However, the VACASA agent was kind and very apologetic. She gave us the impression she was going to speak to her manager to see if they could offer us something, however they never did. I had to call and ask for a late check-out and they did agree to that. The unit has been recently updated in many ways but very dated in other ways. Dishwasher not mounted, closet and shower doors are old and don't rolls, balcony chairs and railing very dirty, windows very dirty. Very old bedroom furniture. Dresser drawers were dirty. On a good note, great location on the unit with very nice view of the pool. Nearby access to the beach by car.

Clean and bug free

This location was good and a quite location and property. The Pool was very pretty and clean. We never saw any bugs and everything was clean. They shower doors weren't attached at the bottom and need to be looked at but it didn't stop us from using the shower and didn't make a mess. The only other suggestion I would make is a possible cover for the mattress was very hard - but that is subjective as some like a firmer bed. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!

Excellent family getaway.

The property was very nice and clean. The condo was perfect for a small family and had everything we needed for the week. The condo was very clean. The communication was great. We had a small issue with the lock box not working and they communicated it to us and had a replacement before we arrived with a new code. The action to remedy so quick was great. We would definitely stay again.

Great place! Just need to fix a few things, that’s all

Killer price for all you get here. Decorated cutely, nicely located, pool is a plus, bay view is pretty cool. Was very clean in general, with the exception of a few things. Please work on the following: Looks like leftover taco juice on the main bed blanket. It smelled like fresh taco juice. It didn’t seem like the blanket was washed, which freaked us out a bit. Corner of bathtub has large strips of moldy caulking in the corner. Looks a lot more gross than it actually is, I’m sure. This will require a fix, as this cannot be cleaned. Stains on the sofa armrests. This needs attention - possibly with a professional steam cleaner. Garbage disposal smells of rotten food, making the apartment smell this way as well. I had to cover the drain and not use that side of the sink to solve that issue. I have clear photos of all of these things. I would like share them if you would like. Other than these things, it really was an awesome place to stay. Great TV set up, great for a small family or a couple. Highly recommended. But please fix these things.

Overall good stay.

Overall this was a good stay for us. We had zero problem with the condo itself, which by the way was beautifully decorated inside and has a gorgeous pool. We did have some trouble on arrival trying to get into the lobby as our code to the door wasn't working and I spent over an hour on hold with Vacasa just trying to get to an actual person. Once I finally got someone it was a quick reset of the code and we were good to go. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I'm going to miss this little place.

Best discovery

I love the trust between customer service and it’s guests. Everything is always clean and well stocked. I am beyond satisfied with customer service as I myself am in the service industry. I will never go through another hotel process after discovering Vacasa! Thank y’all so much for letting my family and I enjoy these vacation spots!!!!!
