Beach Therapy makes a Port Aransas beach getaway feel easy from the start. This remodeled three-bedroom, three-bath condo sits in the golf cart zone and just a short walk from the beach, with a community pool, covered deck, and easy access to local dining, shops, and marinas.

Inside, the coastal palette keeps the home feeling bright and easygoing, with soft blue walls, white cabinetry, and wood-look floors tying the living, kitchen, and dining spaces together. The living room gives everyone a comfortable place to regroup after the beach, while the open kitchen keeps meals part of the conversation with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for casual breakfasts or snacks. Just beyond, the dining table gives the group a proper place to sit down together, and an in-home washer and dryer make it easy to reset swimsuits and beach towels before the next day out.

The three-bedroom layout sleeps up to seven guests, with an ensuite bathroom in each bedroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a full bed, and the third includes a full bed and a twin. It’s a setup that gives families and groups room to settle in while keeping the stay comfortable and convenient.

Outside, the day can shift easily between beach time and pool time without much planning. Cool off in the community pool after a morning by the Gulf, stretch out on a lounger, or retreat to the covered deck when you want shade and a quieter place to reset. Located on the beach side of Port Aransas just south of the Sandcastle Drive beach access, Beach Therapy keeps the coast and town within easy reach. Walk to the sand for swimming, fishing, or time along the shoreline, then take advantage of the home’s location within the golf cart zone to cruise toward restaurants, local shops, and the marina. Horace Caldwell Pier is another favorite for fishing and Gulf views, while Roberts Point Park offers a laid-back spot to watch boats move through the channel. With the beach close by and so much of Port A easy to reach by golf cart, the island’s relaxed pace comes naturally here.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
