The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Introducing Bay Tree B4! A comfy place to hang your fishing hat after a long day enjoying the coastal fishing areas. This is a third floor condo, with no elevator access. Spacious balcony overlooking the Bay Tree courtyard with sunset views. Perfect place to watch the city's fireworks display from the balcony. Enjoy the large community pool, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, and covered parking. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve.
