Very roomy condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the place we rented. The condo was very spacious and would be very comfortable for 6-8 people. The view was great and the short walk to the beach was easy to get to! Thanks for the use of your beautiful place 😁

Great Place to Stay

We visited during SandFest and loved both the condo and its location very much. We had a beautiful view and a short walk across the grounds to the beach. The condo was clean and had all the cooking supplies we needed, The only thing we picked up besides food was a few spices. We would defiantly stay there again.

Amazing property

What a fabulous place to stay! Lots of room for everyone! We didn’t feel cramped or crammed into the home. I use the word home because it was very inviting and welcoming from the moment we entered. Will definitely stay again!!

Family Getaway

Beautiful condo! Very roomy. Furniture was up to date and in good condition. Nice whirlpool appliances. Plenty of towels and linen. Patio door on left was broken and railing outside was coming apart. Broken window in 2nd bedroom. Over all we loved it and would definately rent again. And the pool was nice!

Excellent Room With a View

I chose for this room for the view and proximity to the beach and it didn't disappoint. There were a couple of minor issues, but nothing that couldn't be worked around. Overall it was a great experience. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent!

This property was awesome! So near to the beach, so quietly, clean, just a thing, you guys need a shower curtain in master bathroom because the water runs out and makes the floor very wet, and also a mop, need to replace or put new battery in television control remote. From there everything was SUPER! 😅

Port Aransas vrbo

We checked in only to find black mold all along above patio door and trim. The coffee cups all had cracks or missing handles... beds were not at all comfortable , mattresses need to be replaced and furniture and rugs were filthy from wear and tear and use. We run a vrbo as well and i do my very best analogy of if I wouldn't stay there then i wouldn't ask a guest to stay there. Overall location great but property definitely needs some tlc.

It’s a 3 but could be a 5

My first review was rejected; apparently it was too detailed or too honest. This is a less detailed rewrite.The unit is clean and nicely decorated; the beds are comfortable; the kitchen is decently outfitted. There was plenty of space and a decent view. However, my number one wish was for a sea view. The photos led me to believe I would have a close view of the dunes and the Gulf beyond. But the condo is not on the dunes; you look across a large grassy area and pool to the dunes in the distance. It was ok, but not what I expected. Also, while the condo was clean, it was not properly maintained. There are many paint scrapes and the bathroom door in the main bedroom stubbornly swung open every time I tried to close it. Also, one of the big sliding doors was broken and would not lock – I didn’t feel particularly safe. Finally, be sure to ask for a detailed map showing the location of the unit. We only had the unit number and a Google-type map. There are multiple buildings with no signs, and the units are not numbered sequentially. We arrived after dark when the office was closed; we spent at least 20 stressful minutes trying to find the unit.

Remodeled and spacious

While you will be underwhelmed with the neighborhood and lack of elevator, upon entering you will see the unit is completely updated with nice furniture and decor, beds are comfortable, and the view includes the ocean and pool. The showers are all large and newly tiled. Sheets, towels are good quality. Bring an extra blanket there isn’t an extra beyond an accent throw in living room. Plenty of bath towels but no beach towels. There is a regular coffee machine but no k cup. The pantry is bare, salt and pepper only so bring Pam, cooking oil, ect. The only downsides are small items that could be repaired. The master bathroom bar door can come off the track and one can get locked into the bathroom from the inside. The living room remote control for Netflix, Prime, does not fully work. After 3 days they sent someone who didn’t replace it, it was the last day of our stay so it didn’t matter. The shower pole in the master bath is rusty. There is not a full set of silver wear, we are most meals with a mix of the smaller forks and a few large. There is no cutting board, people have used the plates to cut as an outcome. One of the primary double doors in the living room is broken and a sign hangs on the glass. Again things could be repaired and bring this place to five stars. The management was responsive, and friendly. The beaches in this area have tar in the sand, baby oil or other body oils can help remove. The beach and pool, are nice and clean.

Hermoso condominio

Este lugar nos encanto estar dentro de la casa te hace sentir que estas en tu casa, mucho espacio para poder disfrutar en familia y una hermosa vista al mar y a 5 minutos caminando del condominio a la playa , tener lavadora y secadora dentro es genial por que cuando llevas mucha familia todos necesitamos hacer lavandería . Lo único malo es que el piso estaba muy sucio todos los ventiladores de techo estaban demasiado sucios podías ver el polvo en ellos a lo lejos , una de las camas tenia sus sabana con un poco como de sangre o parecido a sangre tuvimos que quitarla y usar otra sabana del otro cuarto . Todo lo demás bien . Solo necesitan que el lugar tenga una mejor limpieza en general por que te sientes incomodo al no tener un espacio limpio quisimos nosotros mismos barrer un poco el piso pero valla sorpresa que la escoba estaba quebrada por la mitad así que no nos quedó de otra que quedarnos con el piso sucio

Family vacation

The property offered plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 infants. The apartment had spectacular views. Would definitely recommend this property!

Almost Paradise

Overall our stay at this condo was great! I would have given it 5 stars except for a few minor things that were not addressed by the property managers. First I will list the PROs: Lots of space for our family of 9, well stocked with towels and soaps, well stocked with cooking pans and utensils, beautiful decor and comfortable seating, A/C worked great, FANTASTIC view of the ocean and pool, pool and beach were clean (no liter). The CONs: Condo was not cleaned thoroughly (cabinets had stains, nothing dusted, floors especially left our feet dirty), The coffee pot was broken (we had to buy our own coffee maker), one of the shower curtains kept falling, some of the balcony chairs were unsafe, the air filter was filthy which caused my elderly mother distress. The CONs were minor, but the contract said we "had 3 hours after our arrival to report anything broken or not cleaned". So I did report everything I noticed via text and email and received NO response back from the property management that it would be taken care of. We had to buy our own coffee maker which we brought back home with us, and did our best to clean what we could. I would have still given this property 5 stars if the property managers had simply acknowledged the repairs and cleaning needs, but sadly they ignored them. I sincerely hope they will do a walk through and fix the minor repairs and do a deep cleaning of this property for future guests. I would love to stay here again knowing that our needs will be acknowledged and cared for. Thank you.
