Condominio recientemente remodelado en primera línea de playa Sea Isle Village!

Este maravilloso condominio está ubicado en el segundo piso del edificio frente al mar en el fabuloso Sea Isle Village, y ha sido recientemente remodelado. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size y una cama individual, con una cama nido doble y un baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y un baño ubicado justo afuera del dormitorio en el pasillo. La sala de estar y la cocina abiertas son un excelente lugar para reunirse. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitará para cocinar su pesca del día, y el comedor tiene muchos asientos para todos. Esta unidad tiene una cubierta espaciosa que domina el golfo y las dunas de arena. Hay 3 televisores en la unidad y un DVD, y un reproductor VHS. Este espacioso condominio tiene capacidad para 5 personas. Lo sentimos, no se permiten mascotas y no se permite fumar. Se requieren pases de estacionamiento. Hay estacionamiento para 2 vehículos. El pase de estacionamiento para carritos de golf está disponible en la oficina del hotel. Loved this condo. Loved how there were stairs at the back door that lead to the walkway to the beach as well as the grill. We will stay again….

Beach days!

Had a great time here. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Great location for beach access and getting around town without being right in the middle of it.

Great place

We love Sea Isle Village. We've stayed in numerous units on the property over the years and this one was right on par. Very clean and well furnished. Perfect for our family.

Great Spot

Wonderful condo! Clean, convenient and so close to the beach! My only complaint-ish were the bed sheets were so starchy! But other than that, it’s a great spot and we will definitely stay again!!

The view from the porch is great. The proximity to the beach trail perfect - like 60 feet andthen maybe a 200 yard walk to the beach with a shower bench along the way. Everything we needed was provided for (bring your own coffee of course). My 5 yr old asked, “Can we live here!” I intend to stay here again.

The boardwalk to the beach was very handy and not a long walk at all. Large upper deck with view of the beach. Nice pool. Location was convenient to town. My only negative, which wouldn’t prevent me from staying there again was the actual aesthetic of the buildings themselves. Very plain and motel like.

Beach Condo

Nice condo.. clean and comfy. Easy walk to beach. Nice large pool. Hose to wash off sand. Close to everything. Only negative is the condo says it has a washer and dryer in the amenities but it does not. When I asked the property manager about it, they apologized and suggested we call VRBO and have them take it off the amenity list. I said I don’t feel like that’s something the customer should have to do. Other than that, the place was great.

Great visit after the smell went away

We arrived on a Saturday and the place smelled of rotten eggs. We submitted a request for maintenance on the app and never heard back from anyone. We eventually figured out that it was the hot water that smelled so foul, so then we were hesitant to shower or cook with it. After several hours the smell dissipated but was still lingering for a day or so. There was also a shortage of decent pots and pans to cook with….they were not in good condition and we were not the right sizes. Too big or too small. Overall we enjoyed our visit and it was a great space for us and our kids. But we gave the kids the master because it didn’t make sense to give kids their own room.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was decorated beautifully and in a great location. Upon arrival the WiFi and cable tv did not work. We called to rental office and were told someone would be sent over right away to take care of the issues but no one showed up or called. The next morning I completed a maintenance request and someone finally came out to get the WiFi working. There was no dish soap or dishwasher detergent and you’re expected to run the dishwasher upon departure so we had to buy some. The little things make a huge difference and response time was terrible. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Great location!

So convenient to the beach! And the covered deck was a great surprise- it rained all weekend but we were still able to enjoy the outdoors while our neighbors were stuck inside. Would definitely stay here again.

WONDERFUL stay!

We had a wonderful Stay at SIV#30! The best part was the rear exit and entry from the patio that no other condo had. As well as the fully stocked and precious interior design. We will be back again!

Great place!

Great property and location close to the beach. Property management provided all the information and were in constant contact. The place is very clean with amenities needed for a nice and comfortable stay. Short drive to many dining choices. We’ll definitely be back.

Cozy condo for a family of four!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nicely upgraded and clean. Location is super close to shops and restaurants. I ask the rental agent for a condo with a decent beach view and this condo #30 barely gives you one. Also, there was a slight smell of mold that bothers me a bit.
