Really cute place! Unfortunately it rained the whole time so didn't get to use the pool, the balcony or walk to the beach but enjoyed the condo. Very comfy bed! Nicely stocked kichen...we will definitely stay here again!

Parking spot was great, location was perfect! Very cute beach decor, older condo, amenities could be stepped up a bit but overall we loved our stay. We loved the saltwater pool and hot tub. Walking to the beach every day was amazing. Local restaurants were very nice.

Had a great stay, the photos are very accurate. The place is very cozy and a great location. Only heads-up is that this unit is on the 3rd floor, so come prepared to get your steps in.

It’s an older condo, the toilet had what seemed like urine trickling down the outsides to the floor, there was not any soap in the kitchen or bathroom, the tub drain was not in good condition. All this was brought to the attention of the host and they did come out and bring a soap for the bathroom. The tub drain was somewhat fixed. Overall it was okay, just could use some amenity fixing up to make the place top notch.

We enjoyed our stay very much!! Loved the complex with heated pool and hot tub and location was ideal!! So close to the beach. We took walks along the beach many times during our stay. The unit was beautiful and just as described. Very cute decor and set up with necessities. It was a climb to 3rd floor but we enjoyed getting the extra exercise. The views are worth being on the 3rd floor. Never even had an issue. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The condo was clean and the host was very responsive to our needs. The king bed was very comfortable. We could see the sunset from our balcony. The pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness room were clean and in good condition as well. We stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed Padre National Seashore, White Cap beach, kayaking and all the other activities, museums, etc.. that Corpus Christi had to offer. Grocery shopping was close by.

The location is definitely its strongest point, just a short walk to the beach, which made getting back and forth super convenient. However, the unit is on the third floor with no elevator, so be prepared for a bit of a climb, especially with luggage. The place itself could use some TLC. Nothing major, but small maintenance updates and a bit of freshening up would go a long way. Overall, it worked for our stay, but with a few improvements it could be much better.

We enjoyed our stay in Corpus Christi so much we are planning on re-locating there in the future. Our condo was the perfect size for two. Nicely decorated, we really liked the large closet and bathroom vanity. The balcony was ideal for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. The pool and hot tub were perfect temp. We went daily. Whitecap Beach was by far the most beautiful beach we have been to on our travels. We would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

This place was super cute and overall a lovely stay!! The lock/keypad were a little difficult to operate, and some basic instructions would have been appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies, however it lacked basic cooking needs like oil. The welcome packet mentioned laundry detergent would be present, but that was not the case. We loved the location and proximity to the beach as we didn’t need to pay for a parking permit since it was easily accessible. This was not a huge issue, but the complex did not have an outdoor shower or faucet to rinse off in before entering your unit, which made cleaning the entry way a daily chore. Another small complaint would be that the living room tv remote needed to be pointed in one exact spot in order to work, which was slightly frustrating. Overall, we loved staying here for our weekend beach getaway. It was the perfect space for what we needed, and we would happily return as well as recommend this place to friends and family.
