Beach Haven es nuevo y mejorado! Completamente remodelado después del huracán Harvey. Beach Haven es una propiedad frente al mar ubicada en las hermosas playas de la isla Mustang en Port Aransas.

Beach Haven tiene una decoración y mobiliario de estilo costero completamente nuevo. Este encantador condominio ofrece un concepto de espacio abierto para el tiempo íntimo en familia. La habitación familiar tiene un nuevo sofá reclinable de cuero y loveseat para la máxima comodidad mientras contempla el océano.

La nueva cocina Martha Stewart cuenta con gabinetes nuevos, electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de vidrio marino. La cocina bien surtida ayuda a hacer de este retiro una escapada conveniente y bien planificada con refrigerador de puerta francesa con máquina de hielo, estufa, cafetera Keurig, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, horno tostador y triturador de basura.

¡Sabemos que una buena noche de descanso es importante durante las vacaciones! El dormitorio principal tiene una nueva cama king y muebles costeros de granja, mientras que las dos habitaciones tienen camas queen con colchones nuevos y muebles costeros. Las dos habitaciones tienen vistas a la bahía. También hay 2 colchones de aire gemelos con bombas incorporadas. Beach Haven tiene capacidad para 6 - 8 personas cómodamente. El nuevo y actualizado condominio de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños y 3er piso está completamente amueblado.

El baño principal recientemente remodelado cuenta con una ducha de azulejos de gran tamaño con cabezales de ducha dobles, puertas de vidrio y un tocador con doble lavabo de mármol Martha Stewart. Los baños de invitados cuentan con nuevos lavabos / tocadores con una combinación de ducha / bañera.

We have stayed at other vrbos at this location, this one is by far the best. Plenty of towels, beach toys, well stocked kitchen, and we liked the separate dining space which allowed for a larger living room area.

We had a blast! The condo was beautiful and spacious. The ocean view was perfect as well as the quick walk over the walkway to the beach. We had a small issue and reached out. Management came by the same day and everything was fixed. That was service! Thank you for that! Check in and check out was smooth. Definitely coming back. Recommend 10/10.

Had a nice vacation

Me and my friends recently stayed at Beach Heaven and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed. I especially appreciated all the necessary things that were there. The bed was incredibly comfortable.The location was ideal. Overall, this was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

We loved it all!! Place was perfect for our family. Location perfect. Walk to the beach was awesome!! Customer service great. Responsiveness was very timely. Master room was wonderful. Bed was so comfy. Lots of seating. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. I loved the big couch with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy movie night. There is also plenty of dining seating with the table, bar stools, and tv trays. The condo was clean and very tastefully decorated. We loved this condo!

Amazing beach front

Loved staying at this unit. Clean and spacious. Great views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Swimming pool was a hit with the kiddos. Would definitely stay here again.

Father's Day Weekend

We planned this trip last minute and we are so happy we stayed here! The condo was away from all of the hustle and bustle, which is what we wanted. Check in was super easy, the condo was clean and had everything we needed, even stuff for the beach! The balcony was amazing. We had a great time and would recommend this condo to anyone.

Starkey Properties/ Grand Caribbean

The condo was beautiful and clean. We loved it! The only issues we had was with Starkey Properties. They didnt send me the email 2 days prior to check in to fill out the information needed to get into the condo so I called them and had to fill in all information needed in the hot parking lot on my phone. I called them again because they only gave us 2 parking passes. BTW - They dont answer the phone you have to call and hit the star key for a call back.(Annoying) They said 3 cars were allowed. The 2 with the parking passes can park in the front and the other car can park on the back row where there is not a tow sign. Well 2 days pass and we got a tow notice from "Thomas" saying the vehicle would be towed in 24 hours if not moved. I called Starkey (waited a call back again) I said I needed another pass or they would tow my truck I asked if Starkey Properties were still located up the road where it said on my map quest she said yes and I could come pick up a pass but they closed at 5:00 and it was 4:15. I said I was on my way. Well after going to that address and searching all around I finally stopping at another random Reality office and they said that Starkey did not have a physical building on the island (WHAT?) so I called Starkey again (wait for a call back) and they finally called back and said they would send someone out with another parking pass so my vehicle would not get towed. The condo was excellent - loved it but the Management was horrible.

Very nice condo

This condo is very updated and nice inside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need (except measuring spoons😁). The view from the balcony is great Our disappointment comes not with the specific condo, but with the complex itself. Until mid to late afternoon, the swimming pool has absolutely no shade except for two tiny tables under a thatched umbrella. There is no where to lounge in the shade and the sun gets brutally hot. Additionally, there are no beach umbrellas for rent anywhere so there is no way to have any shade on the beach. These might be minor problems for some, but we were 4 adults in our 70’s looking to just relax on the beach or by the pool and not work on getting a tan. We do not have our own beach umbrellas, nor would we have been able to put them up if we did. If you are okay with the above info, then I recommend staying in this condo (but bring your own toilet paper…😁)

CLEAN and great location

This is the first location I've stayed and felt like it was actually clean. Everything was extremely clean inside and outside the condo. We saw ground staff multiple times cleaning the walkway to the beach, mopping elevators, picking up trash, etc. The beach is very easy to access and has a hose to rinse of the sand after your beach trip. Overall a 5/5 stay!

Toes in the sand!

Great accommodations. One bedroom shares community bathroom. A bit of a hike to the beach but easy access. Driving to the beachfront of condo is about 15 minutes. Overall super comfy and high end!

Nice stay

We have younger children, so being able to 'come and go' between the beach and condo was really valuable to us. We did not have to pack tons of snacks and lug them to the beach. We ate, went and played on the beach, and when kids got hungry or tired, we just ducked back into the condo and had a snack/rest.

Beautiful condo

This condo was located just outside of town which was perfect. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. The condo looks like it’s been recently updated. Everything was beautiful and worked great! Everything we could’ve asked for (including some wipes to remove the occasional tar you get on your feet!) it was a very successful and relaxing week.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay at the "Beach Haven" condo at the Grand Caribbean. Our family enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The beach was really close. The views from the balcony were great. The condo had everything we needed, except a can opener. We would stay there again.
