It was our first time to rockport and we had a great stay! Fishing of the pier right outside our back door was a great success, especially for my grandson. He caught over 20 fish this weekend!!! First time fishing too! Needless to say he was super excited! The place was clean and had all things we needed to ccok all of our meals too! We will definitely be back!

Location, location!

Very nice condo with every thing you need including beach chairs, towels, kitchen & cooking spices and condiments. Great location in well kept neighborhood and wonderful lanai to enjoys breezy nights and morning coffee! Wonderful customer service with extremely attentive and accommodating owners. Thank you!

Beautiful condo on the water!

We enjoyed a fabulous time at this property. It was immaculately clean and in beautiful Key Allegro. It was quiet and relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the birds, fish and even a dolphin or two! We took our dog, Jaxson, and he loved laying on his bed on the deck, watching the world go by. The location was great and the description was accurate. Host was wonderful! Thank you to our hosts for a great stay!

Back again for a “3-peat”!!!🌟💗

Our third year in a row to stay at this wonderful property!!! We love everything about Little Palm. The hosts are top notch and are very responsive. The property has always been clean and comfy. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The condo has everything you may need for an enjoyable stay. We love that you can walk out to the back deck and be right on the canal with beautiful views of the bay. We enjoyed fishing each day steps away from the deck. When we weren't at the beach, we utilized the pool available and even had lunch at the gazebo. It's a great location that is close to everything in Fulton and Rockport! The ferry to Port Aransas is a short drive from the condo if you want the Gulf Beach experience. We look forward to visiting again!!!

Rockport - Key Allegro Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were visiting relatives in the Corpus Christi/Gregory area and this was a great spot for us. The condo had everything we needed, clean and very comfortable. The views of the canal and bay from the back porch are wonderful. The property owner was great and checked to make sure we had no issues during our stay. We will definitely try to go back.

Our stay at this waterfront condo in Rockport, TX was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the water right from our balcony. Super cute and comfy place!

Me and my family of three LOVED staying at this place. Everything was SUPER clean/tidy, and the rooms were comfy. Also, the entire apartment felt really spacious so there was plenty of room for us to spread around. Another big plus was how quiet and safe the neighborhood was. One of the best things, though, was the views of the water, which we could see from the comfort of the patio. We walked around the neighborhood a bit and we were pleased to see that there were so many places in the vicinity where you can stop and take in the amazing views of the water. We definitely plan to come back! The ONLY downside was that there were SO many mosquitos. Of course, that has nothing to do with the place itself. It’s just something you’ll encounter in the area regardless of where you stay. However, future guests may want to bring some kind of bug protection to avoid becoming a buffet for the mosquitos (which is what happened to us), lol.

Great Labor Day weekend

We had 3 adults and two kids (2 and 4) stay here for 3 nights. We moved the trundle mattress from the second room into the master and had the 2 year old sleep on it on the floor for nap and bedtime. Then my mom got the full sized bed and 4 year old got the twin. We loved the location, easy access to the water (we brought kayaks) and the hosts were wonderful and very responsive. AC worked great, kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of space for everyone and all our stuff. The beds were comfortable! I’m not a fan of memory foam toppers since I’m a hot sleeper, so I appreciated a normal mattress. Also, I want the master shower at my house, it is gorgeous. The only thing I would change are curtains that fully cover the windows, but that is something I’m weirdly picky about and plan ahead for since most rental places don’t have that. We will definitely come back!

Loved our SECOND stay!!!🌸🌺🌊

Perfect return trip! Loved our first stay so much, we came back. Great size for us. Unit is clean, kitchen is stocked with everything you need, and view from the deck is fabulous! We fished the canal right out the back door. We enjoyed the pool after a long hot day of being out and about. Restaurants are super close and the beach at Rockport is close and easy to access. The owners are readily available and responsive. We already can’t wait to come back!!

Quick weekend away

The owners were very responsive prior to booking and during our stay. We asked the owners (before making our reservation) if we could check out two hours late on our final day to accommodate a fishing trip that morning and they kindly granted our request. I was a bit surprised that we were required to purchase insurance before we could book our stay, as we have never stayed in a VRBO in which it was mandatory, but they must have had some extensive damage from a previous renter to lead them to require it. There were people in the unit above us during our stay, but overall, it was a nice, clean, condo in a good location, with a deck on a canal and responsive owners.

Beautiful property

Stayed in this condo as a family of five with little ones over Spring Break. The complex was so quiet and peaceful and the condo was clean and well equipped with everything you would need to be comfortable. We loved the back porch/deck and spent a lot of time fishing off the docks. Great and accommodating hosts too!

What is Advertised

Our accommodations were very good and had everything we needed. The host is outstanding and a sense of humor. It was the best location for the 4th of July fireworks. Recommend if you have a boat to bring it. Plan on returning even if it is the misses and I.
