We loved the location! The pool and fishing pier were exactly what we were looking for this trip. We enjoyed the proximity to the fireworks!

Great Property

Very nice property which was perfect for our family vacation. Kids loved fishing off the pier and the short golf cart ride to the beach.

Lovely place with a quiet local pool. Bit of a nightmare trying to eat locally as the restaurants won’t take reservations but that’s nothing to do with the property. Just be aware you have to go out early or late or plan on waiting 60-90 mins for a table. We went during school break so maybe busier than normal. The apartment could have done with an ironing board, iron but no board. Also a way to turn lounge fan off, no switches seem to control it and little remote behind tv didn’t either. Also the main door is a real pain to open, as the lock doesn’t fully open, needs looking at. Minor points. Overall great place and enjoyed ourselves.

Great stay for fishing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our intention was specifically to fish and we managed to do plenty! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well laid out, dock is ideal for fishing.

Perfect place for family

Great location. My family loves the access to the private fishing pier. Nice complex. Great location, close to town, restaurants, and beach. Easy and quick communication with very nice property management office.

Boys Fishing Trip

My husband and son had a wonderful stay. They have stayed in a few places but said that this was their favorite stay by far. Clean, great communication, and convenient fishing. Will definitely be going back!

Stay was nice. Perfect for my fishing family who fished their little hearts out. Only thing was there was no oven mitts so getting stuff out of the oven was painful. Other than that we had a great time there.

The teen boys loved the fishing pier. The pool isn’t too deep & is well kept. Located close to beach & restaurants. Loved the security gate and appreciated the washer/dryer and laundry & dish soap!

Fabulous stay at Channelview

I would highly recommend Channelview Condos for a stay in Port Aransas! Easy to get to, boat parking, great channel views and close to town for anything you want or need. Great communication and very timely responses when I asked questions. We had an issue with air conditioning last night of our stay and a maintenance person was Johnny on the spot there to assist. They even set up arrangements to move us to another condo so we could sleep comfortably. Would stay there again!
