Perfect location

Great place! Close to restaurants, bars, shopping and beach. You can also watch the dolphins from your balcony in the morning while sipping your coffee!

Perfect Beachside Getaway

The property manager was very kind and helpful! My husband has been staying at BayTree condos for more than 40 years on vacation, and we will definitely continue to do so! We highly recommend BayTree!

Room was hot and had a smell. They only provided two towels the entire time for our stay. There was absolutely no soap. Not even to wash your hands. Door wouldn’t lock correctly. Oh here’s the best part! OUR BRAND NEW YETI COOLER WAS STOLEN!!!! They even have a security guard that “patrols”!! The neighbors staying next to us said the same thing. These condos are a joke!!!! Save your money and just go to a hotel. At least they provide you with towels and hand soap.

One of the previous reviews the writer complained that they were used to a more luxurious environment- If That be the case you should plan on spending a bit more money per night. The property shows a little age but everything had a fresh coat of paint - units were clean and it was close to everything..... some people will complain no matter where they stay - we will com back - Thanks Mike

The condo was clean and well equipped. The only negative was the mattress - it was terrible! Like sleeping on a pool float that lost all its air.

Reviewer Comments: Unit does not have a working wifi and there is no washer/dryer in the room. Front door sticks and is a pain getting in and out with your hands full. They put a sign on the door that it sticks so they know about it, it just needs to be fixed.

Decent view of docks and can see fishermans wharf.Thought the bed sheets were "institutional" - rough and don't properly fit the bed. I have stayed at many places on the island but the water smell in this property was unusually bad.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this for our daughter and her husband and immediately regretted it upon walking in. There is a smell like curry that will not go away. Unfortunately no other rental was open (we tried to transfer). Only stay here if you have a poor sense of smell and do not care about decor.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been to Port A probably 40+ times and this was our first time staying at this complex or on this side of the island. Overall the location was fine but not as close to the beach as we are used to, but it was fine since we rented a golf cart. The unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator which made it a little challenging to unpack/pack. The unit itself was very barebones and not outfitted with any extras. There wasn't even a hook in the bathroom to hang a towel or robe. It was fine but I am used to being in a place that has at least a couple upgrades. It has everything you need but that is it. The listing said it was a one bedroom which I support is accurate, but it is really a room with a bed and a couch. more like an efficiency. We did have to evacuate early due to the hurricane but management refunded our last day. Overall it was a decent place to sleep but didn't want to hang out in our room. Probably wouldn't stay here again. Wouldn't recommend to any of my friends because we are all used to larger, more comfortable spaces. I would say it is fine for a couple of boys that don't need/want the extras I am used to.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at Bay Tree. Great location and spot, close to the beach and restaurants. Nice fishing pier. On site management was friendly.Upon arrival 1/4 of our assigned parking spot was blocked by the stairs. We could not open the keypad front door, took two hands to operate the keypad and shake the door to get it open. There was an overbearing smell of cleaning products upon entering the studio apartment. We had to go buy febreeze and a candle to make it tolerable. The place was not clean, toilet still dirty, gross dirty plunger sitting next to the toilet, water stains in the ceiling, night stand lamp did not work. My wife did not want to remove her clothes from her suitcase the whole stay. We go to raise the black blinds to go out onto the deck and the chain operation assembly is stripped. We had to manually roll the roller at the top of the blinds to get it up to even go out the back door. This was a 5 min. process each time we raise or close the blind! The bed was horrible and uncomfortable. I slept on the couch the second night.We have never stayed at a place where you’re required to take out the trash when departing, while also paying a cleaning fee in advance.We will not be returning to this location. Not relaxing or enjoyable with all the obstacles we encountered.
