    Island Dunes is a Townhouse Condominium complex with two and three bedroom units.
    This family-friendly complex is within easy walking distance to beach.

    Each day brings a different menu of things to do.
    Tensions will disappear beneath your footsteps in the sun as you stroll along the miles of beaches.

    You can drive and park on the beach. We are golf cart accessible from beach or town.

Beautiful Condo in GREAT Location

I loved this place. So cute and in a great location. On the street that goes out to the beach so you can easily take a short walk down to the beach. I can't wait to go back and stay at the same place next trip.

Perfect location and beautiful Condo!

It was a short walk to the beach and the accommodations were near perfect! Staff communication excels and our host, Kim, was great! Highly recommend this property!!

The condo was not clean and there were bugs in the down stairs bathroom. The rug in the downstairs bathroom looked like a fish and it was really dirty. It looked like it had not been washed in months. There was a washer and dryer but no laundry soap

Great Location

Great amenities & location. It was so great to be able to walk right down to the beach. The pool was nice & we felt very comfortable. The condo we stayed at was very clean. Friendly atmosphere. We will be staying again.

PERFECT

Perfect location, layout, and pool in nice quiet area. This was super close to the beach and easy to walk if you dont have a cart or want to take your car to beach. We will be staying here again.

Perfect last minute getaway.

I was able to book very last minute and at a great price! This condo was clean, super quiet and a great location. Golf cart rentals were just around the corner, walking distance. The parking was good considering we have a f350 truck, had plenty of room the entire stay. We loved how kid friendly it was, our 3 year old stayed downstairs in the bunkbeds and absolutely loved everything about the room. Kim was great at keeping in contact if needed! I Highly recommend this condo!!

Great place for a family stay.

Condo is roomy,clean, and in good condition. Washer and dryer are a plus. We would definitely stay there again.

Great getaway experience

We took a last minute trip to visit my son in college. The location was perfect for strolling to the beach. Communication with Kim was prompt and effective. I will definitely book again!

Great Location - Nice Property

We had a nice visit to Port Aransas and Kim at this property couldn't have been more helpful. We had a few minor issues, but overall the property was clean and nicely appointed. Check-in was a breeze, check-out was too and you have a short walk to many amenities - most importantly the beach. I definitely would stay here again and/or recommend it to my friends.
