    Beachcomber es acogedor condominio primer piso de un dormitorio ubicado en el complejo del club de playa. Este complejo junto a la playa ofrece a sus clientes una amplia variedad de servicios que incluyen una piscina climatizada según la estación, jacuzzi, estanque de pesca, gimnasio, centro de negocios con WiFi gratuito y mucho más! Los huéspedes apreciarán la ubicación que te pone a unos 500 'de la playa y un corto trayecto en coche de los restaurantes locales populares y lugares de ocio nocturno.

    INTERIOR
    La unidad en sí dé cabida cómodamente a cuatro personas con su cama de matrimonio en el sofá-cama dormitorio principal y tamaño queen en la sala de estar. También puede traer su amigo de cuatro patas, porque esta unidad es que acepta mascotas. La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena.

I left my iPad at the condo. My fault, I get that. But its location is at a Padre Escape facility and after multiple days of calling and messaging them no one has replied or reached out. I stay here multiple times a year so this is just very disappointing.

The Padre Escapes staff was helpful and very friendly, and attentive when we had noise complaint. The place was a short walk to the beach , and the pool area looked nice, as well as the exterior of complex. However, our room was infested with fruit flies- we had to mitigate some of that ourselves. A simple cleaning of garbage disposal makes a big difference with fruit flies, and looked like it had Never been done. The back patio had drywall/construction dust everywhere that could have simply been swept up, and then our dog wouldn't have eaten it and gotten sick. The back patio door didnt lock from deadbolt. The front door deadbolt fell off when we tried to lock it! There was significant air trapped in the pipes which made the water not flow properly. They also didnt bother to tell us the bldg # on our reservation, so we were searching around, and had to call after hours to find our place. For the price (which seemed to add up more and more with changing fees) it was..meh...

We experienced nothing but great a great welcoming from the vacation/permanent residence at CBC.

THE BEST STAY! Clean, Close, and Cute!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best stay. This condo was so clean, well provided for, close to the beach, pool, and clubhouse. Other tenants were so friendly. Padre Escapes management was out of this word awesome to work with. This was the medicine our souls needed to recharge. Will never stay anywhere else and have recommended it to our family and friends.

Great little escape!

The only bad thing I can say is the couch smelled like a dog. Will definitely stay here again, will just pick a unit that doesn’t allow pets.

Not recommended

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I do not recommend this place as it was not properly cleaned and there was a strong ‘wet dog’ smell which did not go away. Location was good and company offered to waive cleaning fees but the scent spoiled any time spent inside the condo.

Not as Expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reserved this to have a place to stay after losing our home and belongings in the hurricane. We were so excited to get out of the hotel that we had been staying in 3 hours away from where we lived. The place was as pictured, but it was not that clean. Needs updating. Doors were hard to lock going out on patio. Was close to beach which I liked, but would not stay there again. Very disappointed that when we were able to get into our new mobile much earlier than we thought that they were not willing to work with us to give us a refund on some of the time that we did not need. Fellow Texans not willing to help out those in need really disappointed me. We definitely could have used the extra money to help in replacing our lost things.

Beach Club Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice and clean just wish that there was a coffee table or an end table to set your drinks on. Had to set them on the floor then didn't want to knock them over. Also worried that my phone would fall on the tile floor and could break cause there was not a place to set your phone near you otherwise you would need to get up and down off the sofa to check it.

It was very clean and had everytning I needed for cooking. I loved the beach being so close. i have been telling everyone about it. Very relaxing area.

The location was just great for our needs, with walking to the beach, and close to restaurants. Our time went too quickly! The only thing I'd rather have had, was a newer showerhead system, it seemed to be old and over used. Also, there was no blanket and it did get chilly. Otherwise, we had no other problems, just a good time!

Beach Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and inviting. It was an older building, so it had a few quirks to get used to. The maintenance staff was prompt and courteous in answering questions and service calls. The kitchen was small sized as only one of us could work in it at a time. We had to provide our own food storage containers and mixing bowls as they were not part of the kitchen inventory, but all of the cookware and dinnerware were provided. Loved the fact that the beach was a couple of blocks away and walkable. The location was within 20 minutes of major shopping areas and had several local eateries within less than 10 minutes. It's a very laid back and friendly community and very pet friendly. We are returning next year but renting a unit with a bigger kitchen as we enjoy cooking most of our meals.

The beach is a block away, the pool provided hours of fun for the kids, and Schlitterbaun is right down the road. Will most definitely be staying again. Loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beachcomber is located in a great location right by Whitecap beach and on the first floor. Everyone at Padre Escapes was very professional and very responsive. The Beach Club pool was very clean and the hot tub warm. The condo was basic but comfortable except for the sofa sleeper which was very uncomfortable. I recommend staying here if you don't have to use the sofa sleeper and aren't planning on cooking much.

Great Long Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy Check-in, and the condo was in a great location, close to the beach, as well as shops and restaurants. The place was exactly as described, comfortable, with a great TV and the bed was nice and soft. The only thing we had to go buy was coffee filters, salt and pepper. Never made it to the pool, as we stayed on the beach both full days, and went to local restaurants in the evenings. Doc's, Scuttlebutts, and the Boathouse were good. Drove the Padre National seashore for 15 miles. Really cool if you have 4wheel drive.
