“What an incredible place! The pool was so warm we hardly left it! Lots of room in the pool with a fun waterfall and a shallow landing area. Lots of water toys available.The outdoor covered patio area was exceptional! So much room to enjoy the day, play pingpong, eat dinner and spread out. We hardly ever went inside! “I was a solo traveler and this was the perfect place. The room was clean and updated. Bathroom was small but good for one. I stayed by the pool the entire time and It was perfect bc I was the only one. The beach was a short walk and I was there first night to watch the sun set. Hosts were great. For the price and location this was a perfect place!”

Location close to a number of restaurants and Northern, quieter, more upscale area of island. My only issue was landscapers with two chainsaws in the middle of afternoon cut into our time to enjoy time at the pool.”

“Very clean. Colleen was very sweet and will wash your dishes since there’s not a sink in the kitchenette. She lives in the main part of the house. There is only an air fryer, microwave and electric skillet in the closet. She will take care of anything you need. Can’t beat the price. And the pool is kept clean. ”

“Doug and Candy were the perfect hosts. The unit was fully stocked--there was nothing that we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and came with extra pillows which you don't find in a lot of rentals. Plenty of towels including beach towels. The outdoor space was very nice for enjoying your favorite beverage especially in the morning and early evening. The location was perfect--very close to the beaches of Anna Maria Island and LECOM Park for spring training. We highly recommend renting this...
