A la carte restuarants are better than buffet, but again very slow service. A couple of very good staff, and the rest seem like they haven’t been here much. Pool bar staff and cleaners are real positive. I would recommend. ”

“Wow what an amazing place to stay lovely view of the coast and access to the beach. We stayed here with our family with 2 young children lots for them and us to do! The food was excellent with so many choices and changes every day. The staff are excellent made you feel really welcome and helped us out with the pram. I would say maybe just have some ramps for prams to rooms but we didn’t mind lifting it up the few steps we had to. All in all this was an amazing stay and we will definitely be...

“please be aware there are some rooms which have not been which have a beautiful sea view but are very dated. very clean & fully stocked mini bar but if you are a frequent Mitsis visitor you will be disappointed if you dont booked a renovated room - well worth paying extra. Reception & main restaurant - great food & drink choice but needs a refresh - restaurants are fabulous - we travelled with Son, daughter in law & daughter having 2 rooms & had an amazing week at the Summer palace - thank you...
