“Our room was pretty average, the bathroom has no fan, shower door did not close well so water was liking to the floor and making a mess. Housekeeping limited to making beds not cleaning or disposing of rubbish. The wifi password was not updated and the TV control remote did not work so we had to contact the manager who was very quick and helpful. ”

“Rooms were clean but a/c struggled to keep up. WiFi was weak and only available near the reception building. Staff were friendly and helpful.”

“The room was a bit small and the aircon was noisy to start with and settled to an acceptable level. Breakfast is not available and the receptionist only suggestion was to go to McDonalds which I thought was a bit poor as there are a number of eatery's in Rockhampton that are much better.”

“The island was beautiful. The cabin was adequate Only feedback would be that a towel change in 3 days would have been nice. The air conditioner was vibrating the whole cabin at times, keeping that room awake. Main bed was uncomfortable mattress. Dining table was falling apart. Broom broke (rusted) first day. Staff were lovely in the restaurant and reception. Cabin number one. ”
