“Our room was pretty average, the bathroom has no fan, shower door did not close well so water was liking to the floor and making a mess. Housekeeping limited to making beds not cleaning or disposing of rubbish. The wifi password was not updated and the TV control remote did not work so we had to contact the manager who was very quick and helpful. ”

“The island was beautiful. The cabin was adequate Only feedback would be that a towel change in 3 days would have been nice. The air conditioner was vibrating the whole cabin at times, keeping that room awake. Main bed was uncomfortable mattress. Dining table was falling apart. Broom broke (rusted) first day. Staff were lovely in the restaurant and reception. Cabin number one. ”

“We enjoyed our short stay at the NRMA park. Cabin was super clean and tidy. Would have been nice if there were a bit more activities for the kids, and also considering that the road is rough bitumen, maybe some sort of smooth track for the kids scooters. Other than that, we had a great stay. Thanks ”

“The motel was clean and accessible. Our room was secure, spacious and clean, it was a lovely space to kick back and relax - there was storage space for belongings and travel bags! The mattress was also comfortable :) Staff were great at communicating where to pick up our room key via text message and responsive to any updates from our end. We didn't get a chance to use the amenities and when we did go towards the pool area, it seemed like the amenities rooms were closed off. However, we enjoyed...
