“My stay in Michael's condo was great! We've been going to North Coast Village for over 20 years every summer and this condo was very enjoyable. Being an end unit you have plenty of natural light. The beds were cozy and the updates to the condo make it very enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here! Can't wait to come back. ”

“Cute walk up, as described and pictured. Great neighborhood close to beach and walking distance to town. Nicely furnished, light and airy, clean and comfortable. Only issue if I’m being picky is the windows, which are hard to operate and don’t stay open or closed very well. Despite them, I would definitely rent again.”

“Great cottage. It was perfect for my family of 4. It had everything we needed and the location was great. We walked to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Rodney was very responsive anytime I needed anything. ”

“The cottage is nicely appointed, and we liked having a parking spot and laundry facilities. Very clean, very quiet. Nice outdoor area for relaxing and space for an 18 month old to play. Janet and Scott were immediately available by phone to help with a minor electrical issue. There were toys and a high chair we used, and a pack & play, which we did not. Roomy closets in both bedrooms, comfortable beds. Would love to stay here again.”

“The house was fantastic, very cozy, comfortable, big and lots of light. The location and neighborhood was close to the beach and needed stores, and felt super safe and friendly. The beach vibe was so fun, we loved it! The only small confusion was with check in and check out. There were no instructions and we had to do trial and error with door locks and property access, etc. Would suggest a welcome manual.”

“Great location 2 blocks from the beach. Very nice place. Even has a Sparkletts water dispenser in the kitchen. Great yard with fire pit, fountains and tubular bells. Very serene. If I go to Carlsbad again alone or with my wife we’re staying here if it’s available.”

“This is a beautiful little beach cottage situated just 2 1/2 blocks from a lovely beach! It was easy to check in and the neighborhood was quiet with the exception of airplanes which we easily drown out by leaving the bathroom fan on! We visited the zoo, Balboa Park museums, Point Loma Tide Pools , Cabrillo National Monument, and of course, the beach! My only complaint is that our stay was too short!”

“About 10 min walk from beach shores, walkable restaurants and coffee shops, parking in the back so you don't have to worry about finding packed street parking, quiet neighborhood, great place to stay!”
