“This cottage is wonderfully located on Clearwater Beach. Near restaurants and shopping. There is a wonderful state park near by. The grounds are nicely landscaped, very quiet and an easy place to sit and read.”

“This cozy little beach cottage is clean and well maintained and in the perfect location, just a few steps from the beach. It’s also just a short walk to downtown Clearwater Beach where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The owners provide everything needed for a beach vacation for two! We look forward to staying here again.”

“Nice Bungalow just off the road. Indoors was what my wife and I needed for comfort. They had a 1980s vintage video game that was fun. The beach was great for walking. If we return to the area, we'll stay again.”

“We had a wonderful time. Very short walk to the beach. The location can not be beat. Cute cottages. We stayed in one and a friend stayed in another. The kiddos were safely running between. They are very nice old cottages. Cant beat the location. Capt. AL always responded. Thank you! We had a great time.”

“Bien, agradable el desayuno parque y las instalaciones en buen estado y limpias, solo que solicite a través de mensaje de texto me asignaran más cobijas ya que hacía frío y nunca recibí respuesta ni cobijas. Por otro lado piden un deposito que no se menciona en la reservación se necesita y hasta el momento no he recibido el reembolso ”

“This was the asolute perfect location! Easy quick walk to the beach and main street. Although small, it didn't feel tight. The living area was very comfortable for the two of us and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The lighting was very good, and lots of windows for daytime lighting. There was enough storage for our clothes for a week and the bathroom, though not large, was perfectly fine. The only thing we wished would have been better was storage for our luggage. We only had 2 carry on...

“Very cute cottage in a nice and quiet location. Very easy to get to The Big Chill and to The Horseshoe/Rosemary. The neighborhood was perfect for my preteen to ride his bike without worrying about traffic, close enough for the teen to bike to see his friends, and the dogs loved their walks each day. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Had the best time for the weekend! Capt Al is an amazing host who spent time visiting and offered suggestions of where to eat and what to do. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon! Don’t miss out on this treasure”

“Very nice for just one couple”

“The old Florida cottage was old Florida. It was clean with history and very friendly property management. I grew up in this area and this is what vacation was before all the resorts cluttered the beach. I mis booked our cottage and the manager met me and fixed it without argument. Close to the beach and far enough from south beach that you had some peaceful time off. Would definitely go back and have already recommended to several friends and family.”

“Lo único que no me gusta es que no hay variedad de comida. Siempre es lo mismo tanto en el desayuno como en las comida. ”

“El edificio es precioso. La mejor zona en Downtown. Gran opción a un buen precio. Mi única queja seria que no hacen el aseo de la habitación. Definitivamente volvería a escoger el Magnolia como mi destino en Dallas.”
