The cottage was reasonably priced. It was perfect for me, since I was the only one traveling. When I arrived, the place was clean. It was very close to all the events I was attending for the weekend. All the restaurants and venues I attended were within 1 - 1.5 miles with the exception of 1, it was 8.5 miles away. I would gladly rent this cottage again if I was in the area. I had a few questions for the host manager, and she responded in a very quickly manner.

Wonderful place owner and people managing the place. Kathy and Mike were very respond d when I had weather questions and were accommodating. Nice place, nice caretakers, nice place to stay! Very well stocked with everything you need.

I love staying here was my second stay. It is a lovely cottage. It is so peaceful and close to plenty of attractions. My sister and I stayed this time for a sister trip and we had a wonderful time. We will stay here again. Thank you!!!

This is such a great place.. clean and perfect for a pet. You’re not on a road front so it’s safe. We have stayed multiple times and just love it!

Perfect place for the two of us with our little pup. Had all we needed for a relaxing week away from our daily big city life and work. Kitchen is small with microwave and basics, and we were set to go out for meals and support Port St. Joe’s many great restaurants - many of which have dog friendly outdoor seating. Walking through town at night is wonderful - everyone is so friendly. Perfect location for trips up and down the coast and Cape San Blas with its dog friendly beaches. Short drive to the beaches at Windmark and walk to the bay to watch the sunset. Easy communication with Kathy and everyone else involved in the property management.
