Estudio elegante refugio en la calle de hermosa playa de Siesta Key

Esta unidad de playa se encuentra justo al otro lado de la calle de la playa pública de Siesta Key. Los muebles simples y elegantes incluyen una cama tamaño Queen, una cómoda cama Murphy tamaño queen (sin sofá cama para tirar y encender para mantenerlo despierto toda la noche), TV LED de 32 ", cocina pequeña pero muy efectiva con estufa, horno, fregadero, Microondas, refrigerador, cafetera Keurig y accesorios de cocina livianos. La unidad también cuenta con gran vestidor y baño completo.

Camine solo media milla al norte hasta Siesta Key Village, donde encontrará una gran variedad de restaurantes, tiendas y bares. Explore el resto de la isla con facilidad, ya que la parada gratuita de Siesta Key también está a la vuelta de la esquina.

Such a great experience, right across the street from the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Loved that there was chairs, a cooler, and umbrella to use! Would definitely book again.

They had just about everything needed for the stay. We did purchase more toilet paper but there was also 2 rolls provided so we were safe haha. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. Thank you

Short visit

Unfortunately it rained 100% of the time we were there. Apartment is comfortable.Cieling fan was not working but I feel it just needs a battery. It's an easy walk to nearby restaurants.

Great extended weekend stay!

My wife and I stayed here for a three day trip. The house had everything we needed. Beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were included. A short walk to the beach was amazing. We will definitely be staying here again.

Studio Retreat Siesta Key

House was super nice with great amenities and walking distance to the beach and a couple minute drive to downtown/ restaurants. Parking is a little crowdrd between the 3 houses but a great place!

Was not disappointed!

We had a great time and this was the perfect little place for me and my 3 daughters. Easy walk to the village and you literally just cross the street for beach access and as expected….. such a beautiful beach!! My daughters friends all stayed at La Siesta and it was a super easy walk for them and I felt they were perfectly safe to walk without me. My favorite place in the world! Loved it so much, I cancelled my anniversary trip in June to Utah and we are going back. They provided everything you would need for the beach, which was extremely convenient and appreciated! There are no bedrooms in this particular unit, so make sure if you book this one that you are very comfortable with the people staying with you! The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Book it!

Perfect Location

This unit was in the perfect location. A little less than a mile from the village which we walked every day. Close to free ride services as well! The best was that is was right across from the beach and the unit had beach towels, 2 chairs and a cooler. The towels were a bit scratchy which was no good for the sunburn we got early into the trip - but they did the job! The unit was really everything we needed for a whole week. I would recommend they add a small garbage to the bathroom and a body mirror, possibly on the closet door. We also had a property manager try to enter in our unit while we were there saying he was told it was vacant but luckily we had it deadbolted so he couldn’t just walk in. He was very friendly about it all though. Highly recommend this property!

Great location- across from the beach

This is not on the beach. It’s across from the beach behind a building. So it’s not ocean front. It’s small but met our needs. The only issue was that the unit holds a lot of moisture in it and it felt like all the sheets and blankets etc were wet when it was raining. Also, there is no bathroom fan to get the moisture out. Black mold growing on the window in the bathroom. Also, the gravel you park on gets tracked in easily into the unit so take your shoes off before going in. Lastly, a comment to the owner - there needs to be towel hooks for beach towels and bath towels to be hung. It would be good to install about 6 of them for convenience of the renters. Comfy bed and Murphy bed. Location was in the heart of everything.

Cute little place

The description "Elegant Studio Retreat" isn't quite right, elegant is not the right descriptor, but it's a cute, clean little place. The outside seemed worn/widows were dirty, but clean inside. Sleeps 4 with a murphy bed, but that'd be tight, better for 2. It was quiet when I was there, and I'm not sure how parking would work if all units were full. Great location across from the beach. I did hate the ad screen in the room (Welcomes you to the unit, but also randomly came on at 7 am on checkout day and woke me up). There's a comfy sofa, but it's a bit stained and maybe not entirely clean. Bed was comfortable. I wish there were staples in the kitchen (salt/pepper/spices, etc). The property manager office was kind and communicative.

The house was in a great location! Walking distance to the Village and beach. It was not very clean. Dirty floors and toilet. It did have everything we needed. Would have appreciated more wash rags. We had plenty of towels.

Love Siesta Key

The property was great.- So convenient to the beach and village. There was a definite communication delay in responding to our extended check out time. We felt that someone should be available on the weekend in the office. We paid for the extra time before check out. The cleaning crew opened our door and reminded us that checkout was at 10. I showed her your text of approval of noon, although we did not receive it until a couple hours before. I talked to my credit card company to see if you had accepted our payment the night before. That was a bit frustrating. Then she sat in the van right outside our door. We left early! It made our last couple hours uncomfortable so we did not stay. I would suggest that someone be available to communicate. It was not a 911 circumstance but it would have helped to have a person to talk to. You are a resort... Just a suggestion. We did enjoy our stay and the accommodations were perfect for our granddaughter/gram weekend. Thanks!

Great location but overpriced relative to what you get at the property.

Loved the location however the owner must not have stayed at the property before, or perhaps hasn't stayed there recently. Otherwise the missing creature comforts might have been noticed such as: 1. Missing Towel/ clothing racks in the bathroom (a small bathroon needs this) 2. Kitchen utensils missing or broken (can opener broken) 3. The cookware was very dirty when we checked in and needed a thoroughly cleaning before use. 4. No cleaning supplies 5. No place for luggage 6. Could use another night stand and/or dresser 7. Bedside USB charging station didn't work 8. Couch and furniture was VERY worn.

Great location, very functional place. Could use a small outdoor are to sit, a 2nd mirror, and bathroom fan. Management was mostly responsive, except with one issue which involved a malfunctioning smoke detector. That one seemed important... Overall, I'd stay again!
