The living area is big enough for many people to gather and play games, there are about 4 bathrooms with toilets, and one with a shower with decent hot water (I was pleasantly surprised). The A/C worked GREAT, always a gamble for 80 plus year old properties in Texas, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable all reported, even on the upper bunks.
