“Property was as described and represented in photos. The unit had the usual wear and tear you'd expect for a 20 year old property but still was very comfortable and had enough space to accommodate our party of 6 adults and 1 Frenchie. We had a very pleasant stay. The host was very prompt to respond to questions and very professional. We will be renting from them again.”

“I hate having to write this, but this experience was just too terrible to not let others know.First off getting information from the "host" takes about 24 hours to get any kind of response.Our dates for our trip were 12/27/2024-12/29/2024 When we arrived to the home it had not been cleaned and no one around. “First night there it was a large rodent scratching inside the first floor ceiling for a good portion of the night. We later say a raccoon running across the back lawn.”

“A great home with a great view. We were a group of 7 adults with 2 young kids. Plenty of room. I enjoyed not having to share a bathroom LOL. I only have 2 things and they aren’t about the house but a heads up for future renters. There aren’t any pool/beach towels so bring your own. And there isn’t a Keurig coffee machine. We had a wonderful stay and would def rent this home again! SPI was memorable, thank you!”
