“スタッフと朝食はいい。だけど、施設メンテが悪い。 部屋は雰囲気はいいが故障設備が多い。 お風呂はジェットバス故障、湯船はお湯が減る。入り口はカーテンなので湿気が増える。洗面は2つあり、好感あるが蛇口は壊れている。トイレは水漏れ、ウォレットは反応はするが出ない。切押してから1分くらいしたらピュッと出る。背中濡れた、、 スタッフがいいだけに設備が悪いのが残念、、 プールは入れない位汚いから細菌が怖い。 環境設備をしっかりしたらもっと金額高くてもいく。カヌチャ位にならないかな。”

“The hotel is quite nice, well located for beach vacation. Service is very good and there are 4 restaurants and cafes to choose from. Room has a very good size and clean. I guess all rooms have stunning views from the sea. The only two bad things are: swimming pool is very small with few sunbeds. Breakfast is good but no tropical fresh fruit nor fresh juices. A big disappointment when you expect good and fresh fruit in a tropical island. Besides that everything was perfect. ”

“Great location! Beach was less than a minute walk. Place was super clean and comfortable. Great experience. The check in process was a bit of challenge, but as long as you call the number in the email they will direct you to check in inside the shopping center at the lottery ticket. Overall we had an excellent experience! ”
