“We really liked the layout and lots of space. It was very quiet at night, during the day if you were home it was kind of noisy. There are only shears in the living room so not much privacy at night. Jerome, the owner was super nice and responsive! The gas was out the first night in the entire building and he refunded our full nights stay!! He was great. The property was close to the beach, shopping and restaurant’s. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Good: Host responds quickly. Location is convenient for Disney and beach. Halfway to both really. Quiet, except for rooster nearby in the morning. Nice amount of spices in the kitchen.Not so good: the shower head had heavy water deposits and black slimy mold on the openings for the water. Disgusting. “It’s a great space. We enjoyed our time there. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of couch space and we enjoyed several movies together. We loved the great big counter space that divided the kitchen from the living room. The beds were extremely comfortable. However, we were unaware of the steep steps up to the unit. After we checked in we had to be in touch with the property manager about several issues: ants, TV didn’t work, burned out lightbulbs, no trash bags, many outlets non-functional, switch downstairs and upstairs bedroom turned on lights/fan at same time! Safety electrical issues. Will we even get our deposit back??????????Property under par, not well maintained, feels a bit rundown for the top price charged. The single garage is VERY small and barely large enough for a sedan....
