“Condo was in a very nice neighborhood. The manger was very quick to respond to a question we had about getting inside . Loved that the neighborhood was very quiet for a good nights sleep after our busy days . Would suggest different chairs around kitchen, since the cushions don’t offer back support and also bar stools with back support and sofa was a bit worn too . “This place was great! The location is perfect. We barely needed to use our van to go places. Like the other reviewers said, this home is located steps from the Pacific Coast Highway which can be pretty loud at night with muscle cars and motorcycles trying to be super cool (if you know what I mean). Earplugs may be a good suggestion for those who sleep lightly. Melanie was incredibly fast at responding and went out of her way to bring us garbage bags and a bike pump one day. “Beautiful unit - comfortable and well appointment. We enjoyed the full kitchen, comfortable bed and the deck area where we could enjoy the ocean view. Laguna has long been our happy place and we were here to celebrate our 55th. Our regular place has new owners and no longer suited us. This will now be our regular place to stay. Thank you!”

“Our family group of 11 adults and 1 child stayed for 5 nights in April. Beautiful home with loovely landscaping backs onto the El Modena open space. There are plenty of bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, sauna and gym. Kitchen was huge and well-equipped. Supermarket was just a few minutes away and Disneyland was less than 20 minutes. Property manager was very responsive. We had a lovely stay - would do it again.”
