“Room was not cleaned properly. I had a cockroach in my closet for 2 days. I mentioned it on the first day, someone “cleaned” the room but it was still there! Furniture and bathroom needs updating. Lighting could also be improved. Location was great but I would not return nor recommend. ”

“This property has some ongoing construction where they were noisy early in the morning which is not what we wanted hearing banging on the upper level while trying to relax on vacation. The property photos also made it look like they had beach front access with a sandy beach when in fact that was next doors beach and they only had water access like a patio. "It was a good experience overall, love the customer service, decor and catering services. It is a good-sized property, quite a bit to explore. The gym and spa offerings are the best I have seen so far and I have been to quite a few hotels in Jamaica. The entertainment certainly needs further planning, excitement, build-up of activities and longer duration. Kindly ban smoking at Princess Grand. Not a place for kids; and it was a turn off for us as well."
