“We enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen remodel is terrific, the room is spacious and well-appointed, and the air conditioning is wonderful. We loved having the extra fan. Prince Kuhio is in a convenient location that allowed us to easily access Waimea Canyon, Old Koloa Town, the Beach House restaurant, and our boat tour. It is an older well-maintained property but do not expect a new flashy resort vibe. It is a solid property that is a good value in a good location. ”

“The location if the place is great - very close to the beach. Kids really enjoyed the time here. We did have lots of tiny ants in kitchen and a large bug in master bath. We reported this to the management company and they are going to supplement their quarterly pest treatment. It is a tropical climate so I am sure that is not unusual. “Everything you could ever want in a vacation condo! We loved walking to the beach each morning through lush gardens. The fitness club and pool amenities were top notch! We had a fully stocked kitchenware/utensils for cooking. The a/c unit was awesome! The owner & management company were helpful and ideal. This unit was just remodeled and they spared no expense! “The place was great! Lots of space both in the unit and on the property, which we came to realize after walking around the area is not a guarantee at other nearby properties. Immediate proximity to shipwreck beach was awesome for morning walks and visiting the coffee bar at the Grand Hyatt next-door. We love the pool and the tennis court. Pool was never crowded so always found a lawn chair and umbrella. Views from the deck/lanai of the palm trees and ocean never got old. Would stay here...

“Being in our late 70's we appreciated having an elevator and having just a short walk to the pool or parking. Poipu beach was just a 2 minute drive and everything else we wanted was within a 10 minute drive: shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The condo itself is a 10 out of 10.”
