“Hotel ls fine, clean… make sure this is the most covenient part of the island for you. Restaurant service is terrible. Moody, rude servers which doesn't matter, but the terrible thing was that they interpreted cash payments as 100% tips, so at checkout we had to pay the breakfast bill again... terrible on the part of the waiters, the hotel... anyway. Be careful with that.”

“Hanalei es espectacular. El hotel es mas un airbnb "self-service" q un resort/hotel. No tiene AC y hay q sacar la basura personalmente y el servicio de limpieza es cada 3/4 dias. El hotel tiene mucho sabor local y hay areas que tienen unas vistas increíbles. No hay restaurante. Premium Ocenview resultó ser una habitación en la parte de atras ya que no era Oceanfront...definitivamente eso no lo esperaba. La pasamos muy bien y esta muy cerca de una playas espectaculares! ”

“Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. ”

“The view from the studio is superb! We also enjoyed the easy access to the beach via a short walk down the hill on a paved trail. Lots of birds are always around and numerous nene geese are almost always present. Excellent communication makes for a seamless experience. The restaurants on site are really good and should be considered during your stay. Nice to have AC, but we didn’t need it. We will return!”

“The main desk/restaurant/central access building was gutted and under renovation. The process to get to the room was an extended journey through three buildings and two elevators or a disgusting walk from the long-distance parking area past the facilities garbage processing area. AND NO MICROWAVE.....even a Motel 6 has a microwave. No bar after the pool bar closes at 6 and one restaurant with a limited menu. Very disappointing. The grounds were very nice and the bed was comfy. ”
