“The place is in a nice location however, so much more could be done to make this place above average. I think others have noted but there is a musty smell when you walk in. We bought air mist plugins to put throughout the place to kill the smell. Beyond that, there were things that could be fixed easily to make the place much better. The bathroom faucet diverter was broke so most of the water came out the bottom instead of the shower when you pulled the diverter switch. Asked them to fix it but...

“The washer and dryer is shared with 5 other units. Everyone wanted to do laundry and we were up until 2 to finish our 2 loads, I booked this place specifically for laundry and I should have just found a laundromat. The place looks exactly like the pictures except it appears the laundry is in your rental. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The floor is grey laminate. “Really nice place. It’s quite a few steps from the ocean but not too big of a deal. We were there to see the Redwoods mostly so not being on the water wasn’t a big deal for us.”
