“The hotel is far from Venice, the hotels shuttle service was not available and it was a nightmare to get there, the body cream gave me a horrible rash and the staff charged the tourist tax twice, on arrival and check out. The staff was not helpful about information about vaporetos and they didn’t tell us we needed a previous ticket for the chapel. The hotel staff actually didn’t help at all.”
“Muy linda estancia, muy colorida pero sobre todo muy cómoda, no tuve problemas con ruido del exterior, y está muy cerca de restaurantes que son deliciosos, lo único es que si tenía un poco de humedad,’pero eso era más cuestión del clima que de la habitación, porque hasta fuera del hotel había mucha humedad.
Excelente estancia! Volvería mil veces

“Overall was good place. Room was too dark in my opinion but I understand that’s the Venetian style. Staff was good but reception staff many times was difficult to reach or high delays in responses view WhatsApp. It would be good to have some gadget in the shower because there is no place to put soap or shampoo inside.”
