“Nice spot in a quiet area. The trees around the property made it feel peaceful, and we enjoyed hearing birds in the morning. The creek nearby was a nice touch — you could hear the water running, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. ”

“This place is rad-tastic! No t.v., no internet! Just a quiet, peaceful, one of a kind place at the foot of the Mingus Mountains! The Host was super communicative, friendly amd informative! Beautiful view of the the forest in all directions! Plus. This place is literally 200' from the Verde River!!! You hear it and your chillaxin!!! My suggestion!!! “We only had 2 nights in this cozy cabin and would have loved to stay longer! Location was good and we appreciated having a stash of coffee grounds waiting for us in the kitchen. The hot tub was a nice perk, though if I could have located a broom I would have swept off the deck so that we didn't track debris into/out of the water. Temps were chilly during our stay but the fireplace made the cabin feel really comfortable. Great place!”

“This property was the perfect location to explore old town Cottonwood on foot. Very close to all the shops, restaurants and bars on Main Street. A surprise bonus was a Friday night event in the park a block away that featured live music and food trucks. The cabin was a perfect size for just the two of us. The entire property, with 4 buildings, is rich with Cottonwood history which added some fun to our stay as well. I highly recommend this location for your Cottonwood getaway!”

There we're several broken items The footstool, The shoe rack, and a window. However I am confident with better oversight this should be successful for the owners.”

“The only complaint is that we did not have AC even though the listing states the unit does. The ceiling vent for the AC and what appeased to be the thermostat were covered with black tape. There were 2 fans for each room so it wasn’t bad at night. The place was well stocked and had everything you would need in a kitchen. Plenty of towels, blankets etc super convenient to walk to everything. We loved our stay thpugh. ”
