“We had a great time! The place is in a wonderful location and a short walk to shopping, dining, and most anything you want to see or do in Jerome. Checking in was quick and easy. We found the place very clean and neat with plenty of pillows, blankets, and toiletries. I was so happy to see the shower stocked with shampoo and conditioner, as I had forgotten mine!!! We loved sitting on the patio in the evening and chatting. This was a very memorable trip and we would love to stay again :) ”

“This studio is exactly what it appears to be. It was clean when we arrived and the host was responsive. Check in and check out was easy. The property is not flashy, but it is perfect for what we were looking for. It’s location is right in Sedona, near all of the shops and trailheads.”

“The accommodations were great. We are outdoor people. The place had a wonderful outdoor area where we could hang out and let our dog roam the yard. The kitchen had all you could need in terms of cooking items. In general, the one bedroom was very comfortable. I would stay there again.”

“We were meeting relatives in Sedona and wanted a central location to see Jerome, Cottonwood and Sedona. We weren’t in the room a lot so it met our needs just fine. The room was clean, but being a very old building, it had a musty/cigarette smoke odor and there were water stains on the ceiling in several rooms. Just one block off the main strip through uptown, right behind Elote(so you go all the good smells), and just a few hundred feet away from Sedona Beer Co. all while seeing the beautiful red rock mountains . “Patio needed repair. Bed, bedding and towels should be updated. TV was not user friendly. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. Loved the hot tub, and the rustic setting of the unit. Loved access to the commercial district.”

“The tiny house itself was cute and very quiet and relaxing. I would say I was kind of taken by surprise when I got to the property and saw that there was only an option for a toilet was a composting toilet. There was also a sign that told us that the boys/men could pee outside near the trees was also a little bit interesting and not what I expected. “This property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to shopping and several restaurants. Plenty of room and fully equipped if you choose to stay in. We especially enjoyed the back patio. The water feature is soothing and we enjoyed both morning coffee and evening drinks out there. The property is clean, full of information on the area and communication with the host was great.
