“The First staff were helpful - the remainder differential - no hello or goodbye, any acknowledgement. The room was clean , dated. The set up of the King suite was weird and the breakfast meal included had me lowering my review. By weird I mean, the window drapes covered (hung lower/over the air conditioning unit. When the unit was on (it was fairly warm so it needed to be - the drapes needed to be left open - even all night. If they were closed, they blew all over the place or all the cold air...

“Inadequate close parking for hotel guests. No orientation for site amenities (pool, restaurants) at check in. Misinformed about restaurant openings. No housekeeping for 2 day stay, even after asking twice to have done. Rooms are needing renovations.”

“The Baker Hotel was very clean and the staff were all communicative and helpful. We mostly just needed a quick overnight stay on our way to Banff from Montana. This was the perfect midpoint. Highly recommend.”
