“Was told hot tubs were working. We specified that we would be moving a reservation from in Cranbrook just to enjoy pool and hot tubs. I spoke to receptionist at the hotel via phone. Arrive to find #1 hot tubs are cold, jets not working. #2 breakfast is in restaurant, expensive. #3 steam room not working. #4 small barking dog left in room next to us, no owner present. This was a dismal stay. Was supposed to be a nice, special weekend trip. Had to debase myself asking for a discount to room....
