It has two coffee makers and there were some keurig pods and coffee available to start, which was nice. The kitchen appliances are fine - the cookware is rough. The condos are situated on the beach, with a private dune walkover and a lovely pool.”

We loved being able to walk down the dock right to beach and feet wash n outside shower ready to go. We were only 15min drive to downtown St Augustine which gave us a less busy beautiful beach but still close to nightlife.”

“Kitchen, pans were unusable. Toaster was disgusting. Blood & dirty pillow shams in guest room.Stained mattress pad in master bedroom. Living room rug was filthy & the sofa very worn. Black mold on walls in alcove. While they did make an effort to replace the pans & toaster the kicker for me was after check out we will look into it. I’d rather they would have done it while we were there. The cleanliness just didn’t meet my standards. It’s a shame as I think this was just renovated last year....
