Our group of 15 high-school girlfriends, celebrating our 65th birthdays, found this beach home perfect in every way. The space is so thoughtfully laid out that even our large group had plenty of room to spread out, from the decks and game room, to the heated pool and beach. We spent a great deal of time in the expansive 3rd-floor kitchen/living area. The kitchen is a dream for large groups - well-appointed with enough dinnerware for a crowd, plus all the essentials like spices, oils, foil, soaps and liners. We put the 3 refrigerators/ice makers (and wine fridge) to great use and the massive dining tables were a highlight, accommodating our group at just one table for meals.Logistically, this house made everything easy. The elevator made loading and unloading gear across the 3 floors a breeze, and having 3 washer/dryers was a game-changer for a group our size. Everyone commented on how comfortable the bedrooms and mattresses were, and the quality of the linens and bath towels was top-notch.When we weren't enjoying the house, we loved the beach, visiting local restaurants, and taking a fun day trip into St. Augustine. Mostly, though, we just enjoyed being together—completing a 1000-piece puzzle, playing endless hands of Euchre, TV Night, and a lot of chatter.Communication with Kelly, our host, was seamless, making the entire experience stress-free. All-in-all, this was one of our most memorable trips, and we would not hesitate to stay here again in a heartbeat!
