“Beautiful elegant cottage, wonderful ambiance and surrounded by incredible scenery. Equipped with everything you could think of and more. Owners super helpful and friendly.Pool a bonus, brilliant to chill after visiting the local beauty spots some of which are practically on the doorstep.The only downside - we only had 3 nights. Hope to visit again at sometime.”

“Gorgeous cottage, clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of places around to visit and lots of lovely restaurants. Bakewell is a lovely town, lots of shops and eateries. Highly recommend Chatsworth house, the gardens are amazing. Had gorgeous meals at the Derbyshire arms, just a short walk from cottage and the Chakra lounge, a beautiful vegan/vegetarian Indian with gluten free options in Bakewell. ”

“A gem of a property, with such stunning views and a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, it really is the perfect spot for a break. Close to hiking options and the local town, the host is really lovely and accessible if you have questions. Will definitely be returning! ”

“I recently stayed at Hathersage, Hope Valley, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The accommodation is beautifully and have spacious rooms that blend historic charm with modern comfort. All rooms were spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the rainfall shower was a real treat after long walks. Fully equipped kitchen with some nice welcoming treats.The location is ideal—just in the middle of the Hope Valley and plenty of other hiking routes. There are couple of nice dining places...
