The property does not allow you to stay unless you pay via their online form. This leaves you either at risk of being a scam victim by paying the additional secret fee, or without a place...

“Comfortable, clean , nicely appointed , I felt safe as the front door was opened by a code . Parking was on street , not always out the front but I managed to find something down the road or around the corner . Owners were contactable , and also sent me an email to ask if my stay was going well if there was anything I needed I could contact them . My stay was in a perfect area for me to get to where I needed to be . 😀”
