“Beautiful room and food on site was lovely. It was very good value for money and in general we really enjoyed our stay. Quite noisy through the night with lorries up the High Street. It advertises limited parking - parking is extremely limited with only 2 spaces, one of which appeared to be in use by I'm assuming the owner (due to the private number plate) . However there is a free public car park a very short walk away. ”

Beautiful historic architecture in wooded setting, well maintained, accent lighting, beautifully furnished and stylishly decorated. We loved dinner and breakfast in the atrium. “I didn’t want to leave! They were amazing there. Staff were incredibly nice, and helpful when I had questions. I got to meet a few locals who welcomed me to their table and conversation. Everyone at the hotel made me feel welcome and like family. There is a nice pub that is a part of it. The food was great, and for vegetarians they had tasty options. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean.
