“Beautiful room and food on site was lovely. It was very good value for money and in general we really enjoyed our stay. Quite noisy through the night with lorries up the High Street. It advertises limited parking - parking is extremely limited with only 2 spaces, one of which appeared to be in use by I'm assuming the owner (due to the private number plate) . However there is a free public car park a very short walk away. ”

I took only the things I needed for the night in with me (leaving the rest in my car, where it felt very safe) and I slept with the window open and I was just fine (I'm very warm-blooded). “I didn’t want to leave! They were amazing there. Staff were incredibly nice, and helpful when I had questions. I got to meet a few locals who welcomed me to their table and conversation. Everyone at the hotel made me feel welcome and like family. There is a nice pub that is a part of it. The food was great, and for vegetarians they had tasty options. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. "Habitación bastante antigua, moqueta antigua y suena mucho el suelo, incluyendo los de la habitación de encima. Cañerías antiguas, que sonaban de repente en nuestro WC cuando estábamos durmiendo.
