“I enjoyed my stay here. It is a very nice home. You can walk right out back and fish or just sit by the water. Water view when indoors is nice. Host was very responsive. Please know that you cannot take fish remains to the dump. They have signs, and they told us they do not accept them. When we asked how we should dispose of them, they told us they didn't know, but recommended we dig a hole. So, that was interesting. You only have access to the public dock, which isn't far. “Great location on Lake Marion. Dock is set up for fishing and we caught a few big ones. House itself is exactly as described. Maybe not the Ritz, but it's Lake Marion. It's perfect for what it is. Very nice screened in porch looking out over the water. Almost a low country feel to the property and views. About 5 min from 1-95 and 10 min from Santee Food Lion. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped appropriately. Great location for a golf weekend as well - plenty of decent courses...

“The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was much larger and nicer than the pictures suggest. The fenced backyard was very large, plenty of room to play fetch with our dogs, also enjoyed the front porch. Loved the decor, along with the comfort and coziness of the living room, we were able to do quite a bit of relaxing and enjoy our vacation.”
