“The house was very nice. It worked out wonderful for the four of us. It rained several times on us during our stay so the ping pong table was nice to have available. Overall experience was very good ,close to all the state parks we wanted to visit. We did a lot of fishing while we were there only down fall was there wasn't a easy way that we found to the creek from the back yard... But found access to the creek just a short walk down the road. And Lyman lake was not far away and had some decent...

“We had a good time in Wellsboro. The house was nice, the bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was with the amount of noise from traffic on the road and one night people were on the back of the property racing around. Which we realize the owner can't control that. We had room to park our boat too. Everything else was good. Would recommend this rental to others.”

“The Octagon was a great venue for a Memorial Day Weekend trip of eight life-long friends. Our 47th year! The house was perfect sized and offering room to hang out inside as well as outside by the fire pit. We cooked three dinners and found the kitchen perfect for our needs. There were way to many fees in addition to the actual rent that practically doubled the cost and I also did not like the TV service which was not user friendly.”
