“It’s hard to deal with staff, they don’t understand English, I waited much time to check in although I came late, in the reception very hot there is no Ac, every time you go outside the room you need the security to open your room !! It was funny, the bed sheet was not tidy and clean it smells ”

“Property is old and outdated. The head board was faded and looked dusty. When I stepped into the bathtub, it felt like it was going to crack. It didn't feel stable. Also, there was no hand soap or hand towel to use. The mini fridge turned off when you leave the room with yiur card so it did not keep anything cold. On a positive note, staff were quick to respond when we needed more towels or cleaning.”

“Continently located close by the airport, the property provides access to local shops and restaurants. During our stay, we have number of false fire alarms including in the early mornings which was not ideal. ”

“This is my honest opinion on this hotel. This hotel is NOT what looks like on Expedia images, it’s filthy and the bathroom has a hole (I believe they try to remove the mold from the door) where we stayed at, overall experience in this hotel was not greatest, especially when it’s your 1st visiting to Ho Chi Minh City. But overall surrounding neighborhood is amazing, super local and away from the loud crowds and tourist. It’s quiet at night and the people in that area are genuinely the nicest...
