“Was greeted in the car park and taken to my room, shown where breakfast was and the guest lounge. Alison was very friendly and very helpful with directions, not sure I would have made it to my destination without them! Area is quiet, room was cool which was great in this heat, bed was comfy, and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend!”

“Fabulous farmhouse with super facilities in which to celebrate a joint 80th birthday with a multigenerational family holiday. The children loved the pool and games rooms. We all enjoyed watching the Lionesses play on the huge TV. Kitchen really well equipped and the bedrooms wonderfully comfortable. Plenty of space for parking. Good WiFi and the patchy mobile phone signal was a bonus also! Highly recommended.”

“Starting to need a little TLC. The hot tub lid is broken. There are missing dimmer switches and screws out of wardrobe door handles. In the games room the perspex glass on the side of the pool table was smashed and no ends on the queues. The dartboard wasnt fixed on the wall properly and not all the players work properly on the football table. Also had to rewire the karaoke plug. None of this ruined our stay as its a beautiful property with stunning views.”

“Fantastic mix of living spaces, each with character. Wonderful and well-equipped kitchen, leading into a huge dining area, or out into one part of the garden. All the bedrooms have their own touch of style and class, and all are very attractive and very comfortable. Bathrooms galore! Character and cute little cubby holes everywhere. “The property is a beautiful old farmhouse which has been beautifully restored. Accommodation was well laid out and because of the host’s style and attention to detail felt very like ‘home from home’. All felt very relaxed and not ‘too perfect’ that you couldn’t relax and enjoy it. Great space for the children and a fabulous playroom which they all enjoyed using.
